Paintball Tactical targets

Paintball is a sport in which participants use compressed air guns called paintgun, the aim is to shoot small paint balls to the other players. Usually, there are two teams that play against each other in a paintball match and normally the purpose is to knock out the opposite team or to achieve an objective.

The area where the activity takes place has 18.000 square metres in total, divided in two: 10.000 square metres of pine in one area, which is perfect for a more tactical type of game, and 8000 square metres completely clear in the other area, where the visual contact with the enemy is immediate. Depending on the number of participants, it combines both areas creating in that way huge scenery, ideally for our war games.

Once you are in the practise area in order to train the basic rules of strategy and safety, the specialized instructors will give a talk of approximately half an hour. Thereupon, the participating teams are trained, differentiating them with jump suits of different colours and it is given out protective masks, semi automatic paintguns, paint balls and neccessary gas.

The first activity is to Eliminate the opposite team. In this activity we should try to “eliminate” all the members of the opposite team into the pitch perimeter delimitated for such purpose and in which there are the proper conditions: a lush forest of Mediterranean pines and low thicket with a variety of buildings such as guardhouse as well as numerous bunkers and trenches.

According to the specialized instructor’s criteria, based on the participant’s aptitude, the activity can go on with a basic level game called Capture enemy´s flag where teams’ objective is to get into the opponent’s base, trying to grab the flag that they watch over. In this case, the winner is the one who grabs the flag and brings it back to his base as a trophy.

If the instructors consider it appropriate, as indicated previously, a game can be chosen with a higher tactical level called Attack and Defence, in which the opponent teams will try to make offensive and defensive activities about and of the corresponded bases.

As this stage, new challenges are created for the teams. The Central flag capture consists of trying, together with your team, to be the first to catch a flag located in the middle of the game area. If the group level is suitable for that, it will be done at a higher tactical level called Find and Capture the opposite captain. In this case, first we should decide who the captain opponent team is, find his position, eliminate his protectors and finally capture him.

Despite that paintball can seem just shooting to our opponent ruthless and out of control, it has to be taken into account that if we are marked with paint, we will be eliminated from the game that we are playing (always under the instructor established conditions of the game, who act like referees in every game). Therefore, you should control your adrenalin, suppress your impulses and use your head and strategy to reach the end of each game.

Please note: during the 2 and a half hours duration of the activity, not all games will carry out, but rather, as it has been mentioned, the specialized instructors will be the ones who decide the activities that are going to be done. If you wish can be created new or personalized objectives according to the participant request.

• Wear comfortable clothes and tracksuit trousers, shorts or Bermuda shorts.

• Bring water or a drink (non alcoholic).

Activity duration: 2 hours and a half.
 

Important information about departure time:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in and start your activity on time.
• If you arrive late we could not guarantee the inclusion in other group and different timetable, because all could be complete.

Additional info and requirements about activity booking:

• Instructors speaks majorquin, spanish and english.
• This tour must be booked at least 48 horas in advance of your travel date.
• Confirmation for this activity will be received within 24 hours after your booking, subject to availability.
• A minimum of 10 persons are requiered to book.
• Minimum age of 16 required. Children under 16 age, require paternal authorization.

Security Rules:

1.    It is not only allowed to take off the protective mask during the activity development, except in the allowed areas.
2.    Wear “the dummy” until the referee tells, otherwise, put it on again once the activity is finished.
3.    Do not shoot less than 6 metres.
