It may be possible to amend your booking, however this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider.
Contact Myxports Customer Service with your current Myxports booking number and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.
Please select your tour carefully, as not all travel service providers will accept changes/amendments once you have received confirmation of your booking.

Myxports is a complete online booking service therefore does not offer a reservation service via the telephone. However, we offer our Customer Service, where via phone can support your booking questions.
If you wish, you can send us an email to reservas@myxports.com making your booking request, and Myxports crew guarantees turnaround.
Each activity shown at Myxports, it is developed along the days in the year under supplier´s criteria. Therefore, the activity it is subordinate to that days determined.
To make easier the activity booking, each one informs about the days without availability, at Description activity tab or, resumed, at Description tab.
If you wish, you can contact with our Custormer Service crew, that will inform you about availability for that activity you want to book.
Availability differs depending on the type of activity service booked. On each brochure page, under the heading Description activity tab or under the heading Schedules & additional info you will find a detailed information corresponding to time period in which Myxports will confirm availability for your selected criteria.
Generally, all request will be confirmed within 24 hours before your booking request.

If activity it is offered in different hours, once you are going to book, our system shows automatically that possibility to client, in order to let that one more suitable.
If activity details that schedule time it is flexible, client can put on contact with our Customer Service crew, requesting that hour more suitable.
The meeting point for the beginning of every travel service can be found on the brochure page, under the heading Location, where client can introduce the place where is at the moment (must inform Route and Town; if don´t know exactly only have to inform Town where is) and clicking over View Route button, system will show it instantly.

Generally, any of the activities at the Myxports brochure have transfer service to the starting point. But in order to provide to the client the starting point for each activity, at Location tab, we have developed a Google Maps® system where informing the place where you are, the system will show the exact route to arrive to starting point.
Myxports can not offer advice about money requeriments that must take each client. It is responsability of each client tto take credit cards or cash to buy that products and/or extra services not included in activity price, as show at Description tab, inside Price includes.
Activities offered at Myxports brochure, always are made with bilingual guides or instructors (spanish and english), although most of activities guides talks other languages as german, majorcan, russian, italian...
To know which are the languages talked by guides on the activity you wish to book, you have to click over Description tap, and look at Schedules & additional info.
All Myxports products can only be booked online. It is recommended you pre book your travel service to avoid disappointment as many of the Myxports products are popular, and can be sold out early.
If you wish to wait and book at the destination, you will need to contact our Customer service crew once at that destination.
Our brochure pages are electronic and are only displayed on the web. You should find all the information you need about your desired travel product on these brochure pages. If there are other details you would like to know that are not specified anywhere on these pages, please contact our Customer Service team.
Myxports offers you the possibility to obtain a quote for any Myxports activity online at any time that suits you. Simple follow the instructions to book, enter the dates you desire to travel, the number of people required, and you will receive a live quote for that product. If the quote is acceptable, please proceed online to book. All quotes given online are current and up to date.
All activity products available through Myxports have pricing tables on the brochure pages, which indicate how far in advance a travel product can be booked at that time.
If you cannot find the information you require on the brochure pages, please contact our Customer Service team.
The majority of travel services provided by Myxports must have a pre booked date designated in order for the travel supplier to cater for passengers, always to offer the better quality service to our clients.
So, it is not allowed to book a product and leave it open.
Myxports works together with large amounts of activities providers and each booking is made separately with each activity provider. Therefore, Myxports cannot offer discounts for multiple bookings.
Myxports offers a wide range of activities, informing at brouchure the minimum and maximum number of clients that can do the activity and extras that could book, but not always can custimize your requests.
So, please put on contact with our Customer Care team and tell them wich are your desires. And always that could be possible, you will have it.
The confirmation process depends upon the booking conditions. These are explained in the Descriptio tab, Schedules & additional info located on the brochure page. You will be advised with and email with your confirmed booking and your invoice.
Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from Myxports as "spam". Please check your spam folder for previous email replies.
